Meet Erica & Dan
I'm Erica, shop owner, pastry chef, and the person behind nearly everything at Sweet Cordelia's. Beside me is my husband and business partner Dan, our go-to maintenance man and the steady hands behind the scenes.
We're mom and dad to three sweet kiddos and five fur babies. When we aren't working on something Sweet Cordelia's related, you'll find us enjoying time as a family, renovating our home, sitting on the beach, or spending time with friends.
A bakery, eight years in the making
As a graduate of Penn College's Baking & Pastry Arts program, I spent more than eight years working toward owning a bakery of my own, and we are so thrilled to have made it this far.
Every order we make, every returning customer, every special event we're booked for, and everything in between, from the bottom of our hearts, we are so thankful. We look forward to creating even more cakes, cupcakes, cookies and desserts for you to enjoy at all of your life's events.

Our home is a warm little shoppe at 5800 Jonestown Road, Suite E, where the case is stocked Wednesday through Saturday and the coffee is always on. Stop in for a treat, or come talk through your next celebration in person.
